General shipping information
Please note prices are not inclusive of custom and import duties if they apply to your country.
Each order is printed and produced on-demand. Please allow up to 5 business days for preparations before shipping.
Due to the sensitive nature od canvas prints and original artwork, we do not offer standard shipping options. Only express shipping with special courier services apply with these products. Because of high export costs we have a NO-return & refund policy for these orders. Please read down below about our refund & return policy.
For exporting original artwork additional tax and costums regulations apply. Costums forms from the Croatian authorities will be requiered, to avoid fraudery and smooth costums transit. Please allow up to 10 business days for prepairing original artwork for export.
International shipping outside the EU
Due to the high cost of international shipping, as well as tax and costums regulations for exporting artwork for countries outside the the EU we have a general NO-refund & return policy for purchases made outside the EU.
General refund & return policy for EU countries
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days upon receiving.
Before returning, you must notify us to confirm the return per e-mail at info@islandmotif.com .
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase inlcuding standard shipping cost.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Important note:
Refund policies do not apply to :
- express shipping cost (will not be refunded)
- return shipping costs (are paid by the costumer himself)
- Original artwork:
Due to the costum, collective and limited nature of artwork, as well as special requirements for shipping and exportation, all original artwork sale is final and is excluded from any return & refund policy.
Damaged items:
If your item arrives with clear and noticeable damage to its packaging please take photographic evidence and bring this to the attention of the delivery driver/provider. Before authorising a refund we require photographic evidence of the damage to be e-mailed to info@islandmotif.com . The customer should indicate this to the delivery driver when signing the proof of delivery and ensure it is noted on the proof of delivery.
